Grace and Crackle blaze a trail

Grace Gendall recently attended the SEIB Trailblazers Championships at Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire with great success.  Grace attends Wellington Prep School and regularly rises at 6am to assist her Mum with the stable work.  The pony mad seven year old from Clayhidon won the 12 years and under Young Handler Final being placed first on both days of the competition.  With her Welsh section A gelding, Winton Corn Crackle, she showed off her handling skills to the judges as well as being judged on turnout and ring craft.

 

The pair then went on to be placed 2nd in the Small Breeds Mountain and Moorland Final also.  The competition is judged across two days whereby they were placed 2nd on both days.

 

Grace qualified for the Championships at the Conquest Equestrian Centre in Taunton and will begin qualifiers once again in September for next year's Competition.
