A meeting of Clayhidon Parish Council is to be held at the Parish Hall, Clayhidon on Monday 12th December 2016 at 7.30pm. The meeting is open to the press and the public.

To receive any declarations of interest relating to business to be conducted at this meeting and


To consider any dispensation requests and confirm any relevant dispensations.


3.       To approve the minutes of the meetings on 10th October and 14th November 2016.

5.1           16/01867/HOUSE.  Shalom, Clayhidon.  Erection of two storey extension and first floor dormer                 window extension to dwelling and conversion and extension to garage to form games room and first                 floor storeroom.


5.2           16/01848/FULL.  Village Hall Battle Street Clayhidon.  Erection of extension and change of use of                 agricultural land to form additional parking area.


To note permission granted for:-


5.3           16/01471/FULL.  Bolham House Farm, Hemyock.  Erection of 3 biomass boilers and associated infrastructure to provide heat to existing poultry operation.

6.1           Unsuitable for HGV’ Signs – update from Mr R Drew. 


6.2           Extra parking adjacent to Parish Hall – update from clerk.  Consider fixed price quotation from                 Ashfords.
