meeting of Clayhidon Parish Council to be held at the Parish Hall, Clayhidon on Monday 11th January 2016 at 1.30pm. The meeting is open to the press and the public. 

 AGENDA

 

1.     Welcome by Chairman, apologies for absence and introductions

2.     Declarations of Interest/Dispensations

To receive any declarations of interest relating to business to be conducted at this meeting and

To consider any dispensation requests and confirm any relevant dispensations.

3.     Ten Oaks Planning Application 15/01622/FULL – to agree additional comments to be sent to MDDC.

4.     Planning

To consider the following applications:-

 4.1           15/01891/FULL - Variation of condition 1 of Planning Permission 10/00160/FULL to allow occupation of the caravan by Mrs G Board.  Wiltown Mobile Home Clayhidon

 4.2           15/01952/FULL - Erection of single storey extension and dormer window extension to dwelling, conversion and extension of garage to annex.  Shalom Clayhidon

 4.3           15/00021/FULL - Erection of cabinet to house observation borehole measuring groundwater levels, and surrounding fence.  Smeatharpe, Clayhidon

5.     Finance

5.1           To agree Income & Expenditure Schedule

5.2           To consider donation of £500 to Blackdown Support Group

6.     Items raised by Chairman

7.     Items raised by Councillors                             

8.     Date of the Next Council Meeting - 8th February 2016 at 7.30pm, Clayhidon Parish Hall.
