A meeting of Clayhidon Parish Council is to be held at the Church Rooms, Clayhidon on Monday 11th June 2018 at 7.30pm.  The meeting is open to the press and the public.  





1.       Welcome by Chairman, apologies for absence and introductions

To receive any declarations of interest relating to business to be conducted at this meeting and

To consider any dispensation requests and confirm any relevant dispensations.

3.       To approve the minutes of the meetings on 9th April & 14th May 2018.

To consider planning applications for:-

5.1          18/00643/FULL.  Higher Barn & Lower Barn, Higher Heazle, Clayhidon. Retention of change of use from holiday let and office to residential use (incidental to main dwelling, Higher Heazle) as holiday let and residential dwellings. 

To note permission granted for:-

5.2          18/00542/CLU.  Ashfields, Clayhidon.  Certificate of lawfulness for the existing use of a dwelling in breach of agricultural occupancy Condition (C) of planning permission 89/00291/OUT for a period in excess of 10 years.

5.3          18/00382/FULL.  Kingsmead Centre, Clayhidon.  Erection of a rural workers dwelling (135 sq.m) with employment space (44 sq.m).
