A meeting of Clayhidon Parish Council will be held at the Parish Hall, Clayhidon on Monday 9th May 2016 at 1.30pm. The meeting is open to the press and the public. 

 

AGENDA

 

1.     To elect Chairman and receive declaration of acceptance of office

2.     To elect Vice-Chairman and receive declaration of acceptance of office

3.     Welcome by Chairman, apologies for absence and introductions

4.     Declarations of Interest/Dispensations

To receive any declarations of interest relating to business to be conducted at this meeting and

To consider any dispensation requests and confirm any relevant dispensations.

5.     Public Participation

6.     To agree dates, times and place of ordinary meetings of full council for the year ahead.

7.     Planning

To consider the following applications:-

 7.1           16/00404/CLU - Certificate of lawfulness for the existing use of a dwelling in non-compliance with an agricultural occupancy condition.   Heazle Farm, Clayhidon.

 7.2           16/00559/FULL - Change of use of part of agricultural land to manege, replacement of buildings with barn and erection of an additional barn.  Opposite Heazle Farm, Clayhidon.

 7.3           16/00587/HOUSE - Erection of two storey extension to west elevation and first floor extension to rear.  Lower Garlandhayes, Clayhidon.

8.     Annual Return – to agree and sign off Section 1 & 2 of Annual Return

9.     Finance

9.1           To agree Income & Expenditure Schedule  

9.2           To agree Insurance Renewal for a premium of £150.78
