A meeting of Clayhidon Parish Council is to be held at the Parish Hall, Clayhidon on Monday 13th November 2017 at 7.30pm.  The meeting is open to the press and the public.

To receive any declarations of interest relating to business to be conducted at this meeting and

To consider any dispensation requests and confirm any relevant dispensations.

To consider planning applications for:-

4.1          17/01570/FULL.  Willtown Farm, Clayhidon.  Change of use of land and conversion of former agricultural building to form 1 dwelling.

4.2          17/01642/HOUSE.  Rosegarland Barn, Clayhidon.  Erection of two storey rear extension (Revised scheme)

To note planning permission granted for:-

4.3          17/01472/NMA.  Bollhayes Park Farm, Clayhidon.  Non-Material Amendment for 17/00449/HOUSE to allow increase in floor area.

5.       Finance

To agree income and expenditure schedule and bank reconciliation.

6.       Clerk Update

To receive update from Clerk

7.       Items raised by Chairman

8.       Items raised by Councillors
