Applications considered for:-

4.1              19/00243/FULL.  Harts Bungalow, Clayhidon.  Erection of side extension to dwelling and erection of garage following demolition of existing.

PROPOSAL:  The council is content with the application.

PROPOSED:  Mr Langford

DECISION: passed (all in favour)        

4.2      19/00274/FULL.  Conversion of barn to 2 dwellings, extension to stone wall and demolition

4.2                                        of 2 agricultural buildings.  Willtown Farm Buildings, Clayhidon.19/00243/FULL.

PROPOSAL:  The council is content with the application subject to MDDC approving an appropriate sewerage treatment system.

6.                 Items raised by Clerk

6.1              Potential affordable homes for parish – in order to take this project forward the clerk will include article in Pump asking for anyone with an affordable housing need to register.

6.2              Annual Parish Meeting – Monday 29th April at 7.30pm.  It was agreed to invite the Blackdown Support Group to give a short presentation to update the council on the work the group does around the parish.  The art club will be asked to exhibit their work and the friends will be asked to provide tea and cake. 

6.3              Defibrillator training will be at Hemyock Parish Hall, Saturday 27th April 10am – 12 noon.  All welcome

8.                 Items raised by Councillors

8.1      Mr Drew asked when the road signs are going to be delivered.  Clerk will chase. It was agreed the ‘unsuitable for HGV’ signs will be erected at top of Ford Street, Lilycombe, Wiltown and Red Lane.  Positioning will be reviewed.
