Moosehead Blues Band

If you like your blues to sound like the artists might have been weaned on pure Mississippi moonshine then you’ll love the fantastic Moosehead Blues Band, who play at Clayhidon Parish Hall on Saturday 24 February.

They perform a wide range of blues and rock styles, from Broonzy and Williamson, through Clapton and Hendrix, from old, deep and dark to more up to date numbers, some self-penned. The band features Robert West on guitar and vocals, Nick Girone-Maddocks on bass and Glen Dawson-Davey on drums.  And they are all from the Deep South (of Somerset).

Be prepared to kick back and groove, or to dance the night away - you decide! The gig starts at 7.30pm, doors open at 7.00.

Tickets £8.  Pre-booked supper £5.  To book call Caroline Bendle on 01823 681047 or email
